All prices (also the forwarding-charges) are in Euros TAX (BTW) included.

Shipping costs
Dutch Art Pottery sends everything well packaged in the Netherlands with Post.nl
For deliveries abroad we use the international carriers operating in your country. 
Pick up and viewing your article is also possible by appointment in Weert Netherlands.

Delivery and payment in the Netherlands
After ordering you will receive automatically an e-mail containing information
on your order and the total amount of the invoice..
Delivery is possible at payment in advance by bank account or PayPal
At reception of the chargeable amount the order is sent by Post.NL
When the invoice amount is not received within 8 working days, the order expires.
Delivery and payment for foreign countries
After ordering you will receive automatically an an order confirmation and invoice.
Delivery is only possible by payment in advance by bank account or PayPal / Creditcard.
At reception of the chargeable amount the order is sent by Post.NL and
the International carriers.
When the invoice amount is not received within 8 working days, the order expires.
Money-back guarantee  
When the ordered product does not meet your expectations you can return the
product within 14 days of receivement
Returned items will be only accepted when the product will be in the same
conditions as when shipped.
Shipping costs of returning items are at the expense of the purchaser.
At insufficient stamping, the costs on the return payment are implied.
When the returned items are received, the amount paid in advance is immediately remitted on your bank account or PayPal account.

We therefore comply with the privacy law.

In this privacy statement, we will explain what we are doing with information we learn about you through our webshop Dutch Art Pottery.

Processing order
